On Monday the 21st of august we had a new reading task and we were given a story called Strength In The Roots meaning these kind of roots couldn't be swayed or shifted by earth and water. For our walt we were learning about language feature's such as Similes, metaphors and personification and precise verbs. It was about this boy that lived in the islands that had a tidal wave.
