Title - The scientific method
Purpose: What do you want to learn/find out?
find out what fizzy drink will make the biggest reaction???

Hypothesis: Try to predict the answer to the problem. Another term for hypothesis is ‘educated guess’. This is usually stated like ” If I…(do something) then…(this will occur)
Me and my group thought it was the coca-cola drink which we thought had the highest reaction.

Materials: List everything you will need to conduct your experiment.
6 different fizzy drinks and some mentos:
^ Coke
^ Diet coke
^ Fanta
^ Pepsi
^ 7up
^and L&P

Experiment procedure: The fun part! Design a test or procedure to confirm or disprove your hypothesis. Write down each step so that someone else could do the same experiment.
1. Put a hole through the top of the bottle lids
2. grab some sellotape and put 4 or 5 mentos on each sellotape
3. take the lid of and stick some of the sellotape through the hole so you can carry it without the mentos falling in.

Analysis/Data: Record what happened during the experiment.
7up: was the first one to be exampled but didn’t go really high it also was the second highest.

Conclusion:Review the data and check to see if your hypothesis was correct.
My hypothesis was correct, because when the mentos touch’s the carbon dioxide in the drink, the carbon dioxide does not have anywhere to go but up.
